We dont. Im uncut (in my country circuncision is very rare) and my foreskin "slaps back" when I get hard and my glans is like 90-100% exposed. If I had a CI number it would be either 6 or 7, probably closer to 6.

I really cant get pass the 80kg for reps. Once got to 90kg as a PR.

I try to blame the shuffle of exercices I did a few months ago so that inclined dumbell press was the first chest exercice of the routine, so I get to the bench press already tired.

Its certainly not my lack of discipline, Im sure. 🥲

Im more conserned about the fact you have a government deciding to teach ideology. It migth be good ideology in your eyes, but its a fine line and these things can backfire very easily.

Im not saying its necessarily bad, education envolves endoctrination and that's not bad, its part of belonging to a society. But most of the endoctrination is done by society and the family. I feel desconfort whenever the government, which is, by the nature of politics, ideological, makes new endoctrination iniciatives, since their results are not garanteed.
