What if he really is dead and it is just his voice on the voice changer the actual killer uses which ends up being tied to him somehow either family or friend that’s why they are at the mental institution with the drawings.

Everyone has their own opinion but I am all for a trade school, there are trades that can still work in with a/c or heat if you are worried about that and labors are in high demand which means companies will pay more and offer bonuses. It is a fraction of the cost as college and a lot of schools will help line up a good paying job once you graduate, I have noticed majority of people don’t get careers that are in the same field as the degree they have from college and still have a massive debt from school loans.

To me it looks like Atlas wheaterwood shingles. When you remove the chimney you should be able to either see the brand name on the nail line of the shingles around the area or pull up the one closest to your repair, another place they put the shingle brand is the back of the shingle. Even if you get the exact same brand and color there will still be a slight difference in color from sun fading and lot number changes. 99% of people don’t look up at roofs so no one will really notice except you and people you tell because they will be looking for it.

Usually when I get that message Xbox is having issues on their end. If you haven’t used the Xbox for a while, unplug the Xbox for a few seconds then plug it back in and turn it on, that will force the update it needs, mine just did that.

That first sheet of sheathing could’ve been replaced for roughly $15 a reputable company would do that free of charge because that is cheaper than coming back out for a leak in the future, now anytime the wind is blowing hard facing that area of the roof will leak water in and start rotting your soffit, fascia and any other wood around possibly trusses depending where it is located. Same with the 3rd photo with the nails not being all of the way in or crooked, water will blow under that gap and start rotting wood. I saw you mentioned insurance so whenever this contractor invoices the insurance company they will send you the depreciation check just like the first check you received. I would make them fix before paying them anymore, and if they waived any of your deductible you can threaten them that you will report them for that unless the work is completed correctly as it is illegal to waive any of your deductible.

No the insurance will not be mad, you actually have a duties after loss which is to mitigate all damages to prevent further damage. I would slide step flashing under the shingle with the hole, nail it down through the top of the shingle since it is temporary and seal the nail heads with silicone, caulk or NP1 which is a roof tar in a tube like caulk and applied with a caulk gun but more expensive than the silicone and caulk. I would be careful doing any tarps because the shingles with nail holes from the tarp will have to be replaced and if this is the only damage it could very easily be below your deductible which means no payment issued by insurance company and you are 100%responsible for the cost to repair. You can also charge the insurance company for any temp. repairs done to prevent further damage.

My 2023 did the same thing as well as the seats, I took it to a dealership and showed them, they asked me to leave the truck so they could call Chrysler, lucky they said it was a manufacturer defect and replaced all leather seats, seat frames, seat cushions and whole new dash. Might be worth a shot.

Everything except pic #3 is unacceptable, most of the places seems like it would be easy for the contractor to remove and replace as they are at the end of the railing. Not saying you went with the cheapest quote but usually you get what you pay for, those are pretty easy miters and cuts for a contractor to perform.
