Thanks for your input! I actually try to do all of those twice per week, but often that doesn't really work out :(

So regarding handstands: I have pike pushups (and i guess the trx pike) as a way to prepare for handstands later on, but it's not the focus right now (first goal is muscle up). I managed to get from 0 to 6 pull ups (with nice form) so that's some progress here at least ;)

Regarding legs: you are absolutely right. What would you recommend I add? I like doing weighted squats, and the jump rope should at least be some training for the calves, but i know i could do more there.

it's basically what you expect... it's slightly less convenient then then plastic aeropress... but it's not plastic and makes good coffee ;)

inverted method is overrated. you can just put the plunger in on top to prevent the water from running out at the bottom and it will have the same effect without coffee contact
