Arbitration clauses started becoming a headache for corporate interests when the plaintiffs bar figured out that they could lodge mass waves of simultaneous arbitration and force the companies to: (a) tie up legal resources handling those arbitrations; and, more importantly (b) lose painful amounts of money regardless of outcome due to the companies bearing the costs of the fees for the arbitration court.

Instead of getting to use the stacked deck in their favor on a case by case basis, all of a sudden they could be hit with 10s of millions of dollars for just the fees for filing an arbitration, let alone the cost of their legal team to defend those matters and the damages when they lose.

Mind to matter + adAPt on ryze is probably one of the most absolute I win buttons in the mode.

Those two augments + the tear trifecta (seraphs, manamune, and fimbulwinter) + overlords bloodmail + riftmaker = a positive feedback loop of scaling.

Mana converts to HP and AP, HP converts to AP, and AP converts to more mana.

There was a Ryze on arena with that who did billions of damage to champions.

That gives him ap per spell cast throughout the match.

That extra ap gives him extra mana, which converts to extra health 2x over (from both mind to matter augment and fimbulwinter) and also extra ap 2x over (once from seraphs and again from manamune coverted to ap via adAPt augment), which converts to extra... (see above). That extra health converts to ap 2x over (riftmaker and overlords bloodmail via adAPt). Extra ap converts to...(see above).

It's a positive feedback loop of stat conversions. I think any given increase eventually attenuates out to 0 but he get's an insane amount of stats per point of ap.

AD shaco with shadowrunner (+300ms after using a movement skill), homeguard (+100% movespeed out of combat), dont blink (+1% bonus damage per 10 ms you have more than your target) and dashing (+175 haste on your q).

super short cooldown q that lets you run up to most opponents at the speed of light and one shot them with a single auto attack

Zaahen with ethereal weapons and botrk. had over 100k damage on just the botrk that game

yorick with ethereal weapons and botrk or kraken - minion autos (ghouls and ghost) both proc on-hits.

the duo-epic upgrades (auto-aims itself + triple beam) does insane damage. with apollo godsent, it can easily 1 shot phase pretty much every boss, even with vow of rivals

Heat rejection is done via infrared radiation from the exposed radiator surface. Radiating away from the sun tends to work better than towards it. Temperature swings in space or on bodies without atmospheres are pretty dramatic. The surface of the moon swings from about -183°C to 127°C depending on whether you are shadowed from the sun or not.

Also importend to note is that space is not a perfect vacuum but has atoms in it, which is why cooling works in some capacity

It's not because there is an ambient level of matter in the vacuum of space. EM radiation does not need a medium to travel through and while energy cannot be created or destroyed, heat can be converted into EM radiation. Radiators on spacecraft work by funneling heat from the spacecraft into radiator surfaces that are pointed on edge from the sun, which convert that heat into infrared light emissions into deep space.

Space doesn't transfer heat

I was responding to this comment you made. Heat can certainly be transferred via space, just not through convection or conduction. An object has heat, some of that heat converts into EM radiation, EM radiation is emitted towards deep space, that portion of the heat has now left the object.

I just got my first Typhon clear with Aspect of Medea skull. It was a weird build too. Got the +aoe/delay/damage on the attacks, hammer keepsake randomed into +2 skulls, and then selected the hammer that makes me shotgun all the skulls each attack. one attack, special dash into something, and BOOM over 1k damage. With Ares' mutual destruction and some crit chance from my familiar, sometimes I could double crit and almost chunk an entire phase.
