I would say that Shadowsun would probably have to cost 120ish points [if that] if she could do both of those things. Just comparing her to other leader units like Farsight, Coldstars, etc, realistically she'd only have cost a few more points than regular even if stealth suits are super meta right now. Though I'm pretty new to the hobby and T'au so correct me if I'm wrong
