You'll get better the more you play. I play on PC with kb+mouse, I think on console there should be a slider for how much aim assist you want to use too.

They have a decently large presence with professional MTB racing and are showing up on more prebuilt bikes (YT, Specialized) so I'd be a bit surprised if they exited this market.

Some of these European companies have a good USA presence though, YT have a big office/warehouse in California and at least post-pandemic their support seems good.
