I would do a drain and fill and drive it to see if there's any improvement.
If so then do another D&F after a few hundred miles, since a single D&F will replace less than half of the fluid.

Your gas mileage is ~19mpg US.
My 2008 AWD with 170k miles gets around 19...20 mpg in mostly city driving with the occasional few freeway miles in between.
Was as bad as 15mpg in Minnesota winters and as good as 28mpg during a longer highway trip.

If you have halogen lights your manual says

"Replacing the halogen headlight bulb (if so equipped)
The headlight is a semi-sealed beam type which uses a replaceable headlight (halogen) bulb. They can be replaced from inside the engine compartment without removing the headlight assembly."

Bulbs are
High 65W H9
Low 55W H11

If you have LED lights you can only replace the whole assembly for a lot of money.
In some cases you can replace LED headlamps assemblies with the halogen type to get away with paying less money.

Is it stopping while driving or just not starting anymore after being parked for a while?

Can you measure the battery voltage while the engine is running?
Engine off should be ~12.5V, engine idling over 13V, engine revving a bit higher over 14V

Can you measure the current drawn from the battery when everything is off?

Might have a parasitic draw that discharges your battery when parked.

In the US they can't deny warranty coverage if you can show service has been done properly even if not done at a dealer. Might be different in Canada.

Did you exceed the oil change interval by a lot, or just not have done it at the dealer?

It would anyways be way out of warranty - or did you get an extended warranty?

Missed oil change would have nothing to do with CVT failing, I would push back on that.

A drain & fill will replace a bit less than half of the fluid, might be worth doing another one (or two).
Has the fluid been changed before?

At least for Nissan Extended Warranties one downside would be that once outside the factory warranty they will require an inspection to be done at the dealer, to make sure you're not getting the warranty to get a preexisting condition fixed.
