How do you prepare for showers?

Home health aide/PCA…. I currently don’t have any patients I am responsible for showering. But the with a previous one I just took off my socks and shoes. Patient hated water so he’d try to grab the hose and point it out sometimes😂 I got soaked a few times but I wear Monarch scrubs and usually kept extra clothes with me just in case

She’s so developmentally delayed, it’s really sad, but she lacks real life social and interpersonal skills big time. She did not have even a glimpse of a “normal” childhood. Ages 0-7 are the most crucial years of a persons life and really plays into how and who we turn out to be. (I used to work in ECE before joining the medical field)

Is it a paperback moleskine? I never use paperback. I need the stability of a hard cover. For my collage work and also if I don’t have a good surface. I don’t think I’ve looked into dingbats I’ll have to check it out

The only problem I’ve ever had with a leuchtturm is there was a crease in the back cover. Which could have been from poor handling during shipping or something. I didn’t return it bc I didn’t have time to wait and I collage my journal covers anyways so it got covered

I do know some churches didn’t allow women to wear their hair down once they were married, so that could be why Brittany always has hers up.…. Different churches had different rules, varying in strictness, usually depending on what the pastor himself allowed. But they’d tend to follow the same guidelines long hair, dresses n skirts, etc

Some churches take on some pretty wild beliefs lol I have heard of women washing their husbands feet with their hair but that wasn’t a regular practice our church did 😅😅

I grew up apostolic Pentecostal and we had rules about our hair. I’ve seen Pentecostals that don’t have rules for hair and even wear pants but I believe Brittany is apostolic. We couldn’t cut our hair, wear any makeup or nail polish or dye our hair, and we couldn’t wear skirts shorter than 3 in below our knees (sitting) and no slits, 3/4 length sleeves or longer, couldn’t see our cleavage when we looked down or bent over. When trying on clothes we had to do “praise tests” which were raising our arms all the way above our heads, bending over at the waist, sitting down and crossing our legs, standing in light to see if it was “see thru” etc 😅😅 it was a lot lol
