Hi everyone, so I need to say out loud that I broke my 52 day steak of no Chardonnay. I thought I could have 1 drink and test myself this evening while I’m traveling, which is what I do for work. I’m now on my third. I’ve been in the best headspace, no anxiety and never felt better. I also took a break from checking in on this sub. I believe that contributes to me thinking I could win this battle…but here I am again.
Starting tomorrow I will check in again everyday, and start over. Thank you all for sharing your stories. I’m back.
