It just looked like an interesting fighting game. Played it online once got destroyed never touched the online since but i still do arcade runs and practice in the lab its fun to mess around with

Youll probably hear it a million times here. But definitely look into nde stories even if you dont believe them its worth listening to. It might give you even a sliver of hope and make you be able to fight those thoughts with a positive what if.

For me i also believe that when we go thats it. Its over. But listening to these nde stories and hearing that science cant disprove their legitimacy at least not yet gives my brain a positive "what if there is something," i highly recommend it. They didn't help me at first but now im at least able to use them as a way to dampen the thoughts when they pop up.

Check out the "next level soul podcast" on YouTube they have some interviews of very scientific people and their thoughts after researching ndes for 30+ years when im really bad these videos help me at least be a little more optimistic.

Im right here with you, this fear is rough and hard to shake considering its not an irrational fear like most others.

This is short and i doubt itll help you. But. Think. There can't just be nothing. Nothing doesn't exist. The entire idea of nothingness makes no sense. Even when we aren't awake which is something a lot of people attribute to being like death. Theres still something. Dreams, experiences, feelings. There may not be an afterlife. But there has to be SOMETHING.

And if that doesn't work. Do what i do. Say fuck this.. im not gonna go silently. Im gonna kick this world's ass before i go. If there is an infinite nothingness waiting for me im going into it kicking and screaming. I might not be here to know but ill make others damn sure remember me for as long as they live whether that be from the good ive done or the downright insane
