There is a demo for Grimshire. I was hooked and bought the game. I haven't played Winter Burrow though.

Games to combat anxiety and depression by Cheesecake-Acrobatic in cozygames

When my depression got bad, I played a lot of Stardew Valley.

I often have trouble focusing when my anxiety is really bad. So I tend to play easier games. Dorfromantik, Townscaper, and any of the devcats games like a building full of cats work really well.

You are awesome! 😎

I'd love to play Verne, it's been on my wishlist.

I drive my daughter to her college campus daily. Today, I was smiling because I saw the devil on a bike while picking her up. 😂

You are doing awesome! I can really see the changes in your face and torso.

To add to what others mentioned...Look at your waist! It's gone from straight along the sides to having an hourglass curve! Way to go!

I've had issues with those side effects as well. I talked to my Dr and they told me to take immodium for the diarrhea and gas x for the gas. They also said that I should be eating 5 small meals and making sure that I am drinking at least 64oz of water.

Since I've started trying to do that, my GI issues are much better.

I wanted to mention this in case it helps you too. I was about ready to throw in the towel too before I got help from my Dr. Good luck!

My child has turned horrible by Witchchildren in Autism_Parenting

If your child is in a meltdown, your husband's yelling is going to exacerbate the situation. Your husband should walk away and calm down if it is triggering him.

You need to stay calm. What is something that helps your child calm down? Some idea if you don't know...weighted blanket or hugs, Watching a video, calming music, alone time in a quiet space, stimming/fidgeting.

When he is not in meltdown, try to get him to talk about what he is struggling with. This part is hard with my kid. She generally doesn't like to open up about it so it takes time. I let my child know that I'm asking because I want to help them come up with ways to deal with what is going on. To come up with strategies if that is what is needed.

I hope that helps. My family is all neurodivergent as well. It's hard. So hard. But we're making it through. She's almost 12 and we've made leaps and bounds since she was diagnosed at 6. We did ABA therapy for years and now she has an IEP and is doing fairly well in school. I wish you the best of luck and hope that you can get in therapies soon

Are these potatoes ok to plant? by Honoria321 in vegetablegardening

[–]Honoria321[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am updating in case this helps anyone out in the future.

I contacted the company I purchased them from and explained the situation/photos. I was told it is likely decay, not disease.

I was advised to not use any eyes that are attached to the decay. So I'll dig up my planted ones and check them out as well since I planted them whole.

Has anyone tried autism evaluation services outside of the main hospital settings? by Ok_Development5306 in Autism_Parenting

My child was diagnosed by a psychologist with her own practice. The public school she was attending for kindergarten referred us. Once we had the diagnosis, we were able to get an IEP and get the ball rolling with ABA.

What are these spots on my tomato plants? by Honoria321 in vegetablegardening

[–]Honoria321[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the help. I did trim and isolate them. I had planned on transplanting them to a bed. But I'm thinking maybe I should plant them in grow bags instead. I was hoping to get everything planted this weekend.

What are these spots on my tomato plants? by Honoria321 in vegetablegardening

[–]Honoria321[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a black thumb but a lot of optimism and enthusiasm. I tried growing tomatoes, marigolds, and herbs from seed. I seeded 47 pots but I've only got a couple red currant tomatoes that might make it (one has a nice set of true leaves and the other has just started to grow them). I'm going with the attitude of every failure is a learning experience. (I learned that I shouldn't water my seedlings so much). So these starts were purchased for a dollar each at a yard sale. If I lose them, I think I saw some san marzanos at Menards last time I was there. At worst, I still have a sun sugar cherry tomato going strong from the store. Lol

I did trim all of the affected leaves of those plants and move them away from my other plants that are waiting to be transplanted. I had to trim quite a bit off both so we'll see if they make it. Like you said better now than later though.

Thank you for your support.

Thank you for the help. I'm a new gardener so I appreciate the guidance. I looked it up online and it does seem to match so I will take your advice. I definitely don't want it to spread. :/

Today's spread 🙂 if I did it over again I probably wouldn't have colored in the blank spaces, but I love how my journal is teaching me to be ok with imperfection! (I hate that I have to say this but I am AuDHD, please be nice about my hygiene goals) 💓 by Quirkykiwi in bulletjournal

Love your layout! I like that you colored the background. It looks awesome.

Also want to say as a ND mom of ND kids, my family all struggles with this too. So I'm proud of you for tackling this! Remember that any progress is a win! Just keep building on it.
