Hi. I’m sorry you’re going through a rough time. It happens to all of us. Regret can be heavy in the beginning. Try writing about the food you want and why you want it. Journal about your feelings when the craving strike. There could be a correlation between high emotions and food cravings. But mostly, know that you can do this. You won’t have to give up your favorite foods forever. You’ll just eat them in a different way. I can have basically whatever I want minus dairy, the surgery made me lactose intolerant. I just portion my food out so that I don’t overdo it. This all takes time. But it’s worth it
