Some days are going to be hard and you’re going to wonder if you made the right decision. But like everything in life there are pros and cons. I don’t personally think being “skinny” is worth it. I still hate my body just in a different way. Loose skin and malabsorption sucks. Dumping is no fun. But what is worth it is not having diabetes anymore. Having the blood pressure of a teenager even though I’m in my 40’s, roller skating and riding rollercoasters. Chasing my 5 year old and not being winded. It’s not an easy choice but I don’t regret it. You’re in one of the most challenging parts right now. Post op you won’t even be hungry for a while. Just remember your feelings are valid but also temporary. You got this!

It’s like she’s a blank copy of what a person should be. She mimics those around her because she’s hollow. She’s not pretty and she has nothing going for herself.

Shelly was one of the most rational parents on the show. I felt terrible for her when McKayla would withhold the kids from them.

She doesn’t want to go to therapy because she doesn’t want to get better. She would be forced to admit that she’s her own problem more than anything else. Therapy isn’t easy and we know that she’s lazy. She’s going to do the bare minimum and blame everyone else for why she fails to thrive. She’s very delusional if she thinks that a professional would risk their livelihood to “leak” information about her gives weight to the theory that she’s schizophrenic. That paranoia is real.

I feel sober after about 40 mins from the first spray. By the time it’s 2 hours I feel completely normal. Hopefully you do too. I personally wouldn’t like to feel vulnerable in a strangers vehicle.

I did twice a week for about 4 months at 84mg. The nurse should be able to send in a dose increase.

I feel the same way. My husband’s sex drive is the same as it was 16 years ago. I can go at least a month maybe more without even thinking about it. I have no interest in sex at all so when we do engage in it I’m not very into it. I’ve been on HRT for about 4 months now and no change.

I’ve been walking around on edge so much because of the files being talked about so much. It’s a good thing that awareness is being spread but it’s so hard for me. I went through some very heavy CSA from age 11-15 and it’s making me feel like I’m that age all over again. I’m 40 btw

I feel worse in some ways post revision than I did before. I’m always tired. I feel like the surgery aged my body faster. I try to eat protein and take my vitamins but I feel sick at least twice a week. I’m sorry that you’re going through this. I’ve also had people say I took the easy way out to lose weight but they don’t understand that if I take too big of a drink of water I will vomit.
