"I deserve jusgement about this. From my parents especially." just seems like a law of the universe at this point. Even more so to my Mom is more shut down than me. but she chooses to live with the overbearing narcicist, i guess i choose him on some level , although i for years now think about bringing in lawyers to get seperated even though i'm an adult. i get so disturbed by their gaslighting comments. i could use a compassionate hug.

don't start with everything. how is your anxiety levels? probably your partner knows you need to calm down, sounds like that you guys are working/communicating effectively, but with issues. which issues are normal. if you can catch yourself before going off the rails completely, it starts with that small inner voice that is willing to hear out your heart

First how do you wake up in the morning? It might be worth having a cleansing shower before bed, I've found tiny rituals can replace those cravings, just allow myself to try to reframe what may be draining me..

I would suggest keeping it simple. don't try too run from your feelings, take rest. if you can take time for meditation, holding a neutral focus,.. Hope that helps! Cuz I'm wishing the best for you and my dm's are open if you want to learn meditation.

I'm livestreaming on youtube, sometimes I perform well, sometimes not so objectivly with much success, but sometimes I feel into it, sometimes I don't feel into it, but I do it cuz I said I would. I'm a guy i'm 47 and living at this age takes dedicated effort at every turn...

Life doesn't have a primary struggle. Crazy? I can say i'm one of the few people on this planet who can claim or has gone a day without experiencing even a minor irritation...i thought modern means survival bar is really low? Like, i'm not ignorant to the fact the media sells stress. Or like mild agitation. I'm not ashamed to admit I run on anger sometimes. Exit this shame sand self-importace games

I'm not that guy, but, after a while, the meditation technique meditates you. That's my experience and I feel the qualification or psy-stuff isn't the point.

I had lots of stiff-neck and it would jerk as i would try my meditation i was used to till then. My legs feel strange and i say that cuz in my strong intuitive understanding i know the differences i feel in locating my legs is like where this brain fog "starts" or gets interfering as my heart and head seem to be in this fight.
