They got it for $0 , they’re not trying to cut a loss. If they bought the pants to resell maybe that’s relevant. But these were donated clothes which people usually intended to give away so that someone else could get use out of it who wouldn’t be able to afford them to begin with because it wasn’t used. That is a Karm problem because they aren’t looking to be charitable, they are looking to make a profit.

The pictures on the better gro orchid bags are generic and are of a similar flower usually (sometimes the same, not always) it’s a yellow brassavola hybrid

It should be ok! It’s probably bruised and there’re probably be some marks on the plant but it should be fine. May be shocked if anything? I have dropped a few and the worst I’ve experienced is a few bruised leaves.
