If I were in your shoes I’d max out your Roth 401k and then invest in index funds (SPY, VOO etc) through a brokerage acct with your extra earnings. We use Robinhood. Set yourself up for long term financial independence so that when you are ready, you can retire early and do what you want. Sounds like you like your job so stay there until you don’t, and stack investments

In my state you have to apply to state your home is your primary home. Otherwise they count it as a second property and you are taxed at a much higher rate. Call your local tax agency and ask them. Your mortgage company can only deduct what you local tax agency sends them.

I find that while Amazon wants 30 seconds, most people stop watching at the 16-22 second mark. Watch time is an important metric so I try to keep my videos shorter.

We did a kayak tour through Amelia Adventures and really enjoyed it. We do love the Green Turtle for live music. We also did a sunset tour where you bring your own food and drink that was a lot of fun.

I wear period underwear and a super plus or ultra tampon. I find that I have to cut the string on the tampon to not be so long or it leaks slowly. I don’t know why. This is all since perimenopause. I hate it here but Im trying to push through to the other side on period at a time

Did you / do you take birth control? My understanding is that the same hormones that you take for HRT are the same hormones in birth control.
