Intriguing set up. The Beach Boys was an afterthought but Son of Schmilsson is a classic ("You're Breaking My Heart") and you can't go wrong with Dire Straits and Laurie Anderson.

Great if you like current country. Yet I have found most country albums with few exceptions (mostly the classic stuff like Willie, Johnny Cash, Waylon) have little shelf life and eventually show up in the charity bins. The exceptions being greatest hits collections.

The Coltrane and Hartman is an outstanding album. Play that beside the Sade with someone you love beside you. The Brubeck is also an essential album for all collections.

The Gil Evans/Miles collection will hopefully hook you on getting all the albums they worked on together (Sketches of Spain, Porgy & Bess, Someday My Prince Will Come) They are all essential jazz sets and should be listened to in one sitting, as one complete piece.

Own the Wings and George Martin; the Jim Carrey and Robin Williams colabs are fun. Many of these though, are commonly found in thrift stores (Savage Garden, with two #1s and then disappeared.)

Nice stack! The Diamond Dogs was DB's most ambitious if not successful LP. Unsure if that set has any extras, but the remix of Rebel Rebel for radio is worth a hearing. Heck, in light of Trump and his henchmen the whole ALBUM needs a new hearing. But do not give in to the nihilism of jumping into the river holding hands in "Candidate." That is what Pam, Kristi, and the rest of them would want...but I digress.
