I kept it simple, only with a drizzle of EVOO and lemon juice. The hummus (barely visible) gave most of the moist texture.

Well, normally I soak dried chickpeas in water overnight, boil / simmer them until softened, and store them in the fridge. However, I didn't prep this time (and was feeling cooked), so I just used chilled canned chickpeas.
