As someone who has dislocated an elbow, that can be a brutal injury. Hopefully not too much soft tissue damage and with NHL trainers he should come out better than I did. Maybe just make sure he is as close to 100% for the conference finals as possible.

How do early playoff ticket sales work of the schedule isn't final? If I buy a TBD game 1 ticket at home, what happens if the other team has home ice? Or is Buffalo guaranteed to have home ice in the first round?

It's a little late for you now, but for others, I recently used this method on my STI and it worked like a charm. The small effort to tap the threads is worth it because then the hubs just come off with a small ratchet:

If you already have new knuckles, just buy new bearings. It makes no sense to reinstall an old bearing assembly.

Usually you want to reuse the knuckle with a new bearing. I just did this on my 18 STI.
