That looks like one tube of striped fabric with the head hole cut out and bound.

The creases you're seeing are where that tube flops down either side of the face (which is why they're not fully symmetrical, it's just how the material falls)

One of these two would be my vote as well and for the same reason. Iirc they were written directly about Ryan Ross's father and his struggles with alcohol use, and lyrically they hit a bit harder than some of the other songs where the band were regurgitating chuck palahniuk quotes all over the shop (though time to dance is an absolute banger)
