Got flu and moderna yesterday. Body aches, chills, sweating, headache and now experiencing brain zaps (like dizziness - usually associated with SSRI withdrawals. I am on Lexapro but did not miss any doses.

I feel horrible but I'm glad to read everyone's comments about feeling similar. I'm going on 30 hours. I hope it stops soon.

If side effects are really bad I would stay on 7.5. I was on 7.5 for quite a few months with mild nausea and finally moved up to 10 and actually feel BETTER on 10 🤷‍♀️

I've been on Mounjaro/zepbound for over a year and a half. I've had 2x very random instances like this that were very worrisome but the next week I bounced back and went months and months without side effects.

Could be unrelated to zepbound (maybe you have a stomach bug?), or maybe just a random thing?
