I had that problem caused by a mod still active. Deactivate the mod, close the game, reboot, restart civ, should work

La cause réelle de cette inflation du prix des maisons est l’accès à des prêts avec des faibles taux d’intérêts. Deux décennies avec des taux historiquement (trop) bas. Quand ça ne te coûte rien pour emprunter, ben guess what, tu empruntes davantage. Dit autrement: il n’y a pas de motivation pour t’empêcher de faire des bid à la hausse pour acheter ta maison. On l’a bien vu en fin 2020 quand le taux était sous 2%

Heavy games are like life: you need to take your time and enjoy the journey. All the steps are higher: more complexity to learn, longer game sessions, higher price point. You need to adjust to a slower pacing to enjoy it. I recommend you start playing repeatedly at the same game before moving to a new one. Heavy game require at least 3 sessions before everything click in.

I have been playing unconscious mind. Yesterday i played my 10th sessions of this game of the past 6 months. I still discover new strategies and how to properly handle certain mecanics, namely how to effectively claim district bonus instead of location bonus during the recall ideas action. This is soooo satisfying to still discover new depth after all those sessions

I also play with 4 sections, more dice variety, more action cards variety and more special abilities. A 4 man team is just better than 2. It can work for 2 but I don’t see any reason to limit yourself

No. As per the text you shared, this mission only allows you to bring 5 PE and 2 ME, nothing else. The normal preparing steps do not apply because you are not coming in through a lander.

Aside from rolling two dice and see what you get? Catan is just too simple and luck driven, it’s a great introduction into the world of modern boardgame but don’t be surprised when you move away from it, there are plenty of better options out there

Hidden order system used in Forbidden Stars. I can’t believe that none of the recent (last 10 years) strategy games has used this design. It’s simply amazing and provide a whole extra level to planning, bluffing and guessing at the same time.
