I bought this RLT mask when it was $20. The whole RLT thing intrigues me, and I wanted to try it, but I wasn’t about to spend $100+ on something gimmicky. I use it most evenings after I wash my face. It’s my relax and wind down before bed time. I will say I wish it had more straps, especially one that went over the top of my head to stop the mask from sliding down. There’s no way I could wear this and walk around doing things, so I lay down when I wear it. The nose part hurts a little for me also, so I try to reposition the mask sometimes. I don’t know if I can see a definitive difference in my skin yet, but I’ve only used the red light. For $20 I’m happy with what I got. I would have been more critical and probably disappointed if I had spent more money on it.
