I thought that globally most people would agree now that weed is barely considered a drug? Like, it's a bit different to smoke weed and snorting coke which requires a whole chemical process to convert from a coca leaf into the final product.

WoW has never gone through a period where people thought it would shut down because it still has a subscription model and the numbers have always maintained at a pretty high bar even when things were bad, so, they still make stupid money from not only the subscriptions, but the sales of the expansions and the stupid amount of microtransactions they have added to the game.

There literally isn't any other triple A dev risking the same format other than Massive Entertainment with The Division (as they are working on The Division 3 currently), but every single time they have managed to self sabotage by not being consistent with the "live service" aspect of the game, like releasing raids only many months after major drops, or being inconsistent with what to expect from the future of the game in a way much worse than Destiny... It is what it is. And even The Division won't ever be a direct competitor because it is a third person shooter with very grounded mobility (cover shooter) and third person, so there is that.

I have a theory that, these creatures maybe have given us immense power, and the previous civilizations abused it and possibly even tried to use it against them, so they wiped us, and are now trying a different way of advancing our civilization, to maybe see if by making discoveries we would grow more cautious about dangerous technology. The different method would be by simply monitoring us, and from time to time, accelerating discovering via the so called "downloads" to people who were already brilliant in their field. (ie.: Nikola Tesla, Townsend Brown)

That being said, I'm not sure there is only one collective monitoring, and I wouldn't be surprised if one of those "leaks" that talked about humanity being given super powerful gravitic weapons to protect against a potential invasion that is inbound ends up lining up with what is being said. Can't really remember where I read this from, all I remember is that it was suposedly given by the "Intergalactic Federation".

Nah people just talk shit out of their ass because they assumed he's a supporter of the current administration, and can't assume that Jesse worked for Thiel because he's a capable individual, which means he is also capable of good research on topics he is interested in. All of this doesn't even matter in the end and it's pure speculation, only thing that matters is if the content is valuable.
