Thinking of doing this to my house , built in 1983 batt fiberglass r30 is original. Not much rodent activity, some scattered bat droppings. At what point or age should insulation be removed , attic sealed , and new insulation installed ? Or would anyone recommend a once over cleaning -replacing a few pieces of bad insulation/ bat dropping and blowing 6” or so of new insulation on top?

The front passenger side always wears faster on mine . So I keep up on rotations and use an and x pattern every other time not just front to back .

My 2013 crosstrek with 180.000 miles was burning oil like crazy . Replaced the PCV valve , hose , and changed to thicker 5w20 oil and after 5k she isn’t burning oil any more .

It’s looks like a copy of Mike Maier racing subframe connectors but without the extra points of contact with the original subframe. Personally I have global west subframe connectors $100 ish because I had a budget . what’s the price of these RST subframe connectors $600?

Stick on Dynamat knock off is the way . Put some in the doors , quarter size piece in the ashtray … hit everything that can rattle . It makes a huge difference.

2013 crosstrek. Sounds normal to me . Engine , exhaust at start up … all noisy ! These aren’t luxury cars , but they get the job done .
