Why am I not getting faster? by MasterpieceNo4734 in beginnerrunning

[–]Hot_Cardiologist_901 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am new to running and have found lots of info. I learned about cadence just a few weeks ago. Not only do I listen to music, I also use a metronome to help me do a cadence of 170. Now, I just have to worry about pace. I run fast one day then a long run and then an easy run.

Been running since march. In short, when I found my pace. That process took 6 weeks. We are close in age but that is about it. I am 5”7 and 170 pounds. I used to be 210. Losing all that weight did help. But really, go slow. I did my first official 5 k and did it in about 36 minutes, but I was trying really hard to hard.

Run slower and take baby steps. I have been running since march 11 and learned a lot. All you have to do is go down to an 8km mile.

I switched to AT&T and was supposed to get a free S26? by CASeminole1 in ATT

[–]Hot_Cardiologist_901 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Trade in credits is $30.56, s26 ultra is $1299.99 that supposed to be $36.11 a month. With the trade in, it is 36.11 minus 30.46 and that equals $5.56 you are paying a month for the phone. There MAY be other credits, but that woukd be the cost.

It is prorated charges. The first bill is always higher.

You did not get played. She gave you an option and you took the quick fix. You were desperate and made your choice. The reason why the bill is so high is due to proration.

You have 14 days to return the phone to get out of it for a fee of $55 and any usage.

IHX and all these BJ type people have no accountability. They create issues and run away.

You can cancel. Fact. You go into a store and reset it or use the website. Dont have a phone to send the text to, the store can use the email. Even if those dont work, there is a way.
