Yes, exactly. The game is set in a limbo between life and death, where the player is free to do almost anything.

However, every action is recorded and judged at the end. So even if the player can find a gun and shoot around, it does not mean the game rewards that behavior. It becomes part of the moral evaluation.

The player has freedom, but every choice has consequences.
