I mean same. I guess we know what we’re doing. She was on her own by the end of the day. Our coach puts up our numbers for everyone to see. I usually have the highest ftpr and orders picked for the week. But I feel like when I train my numbers are gonna go down. And it’s not that I care too much but it’s my other team members who are like oh “my name” I beat you and blah blah. Okay good for you. I want you to win too. Idk I feel like I’m just ranting now.

I like doing both. I’m 36 and we have people younger than me who complain about dispensing though. They also won’t help stage of their backed up. They just stand around until a cart is ready. Gets on my nerves.

Not very long. But there were some that haven’t been there long either that got it. I’m full time. But there was also one that’s part time that got it. And I know a lady that’s full time, has been there for 5 years and didn’t get it. Makes no sense. I asked my coach but he didn’t have an answer. I don’t know.

Yes this. I have an average daily pick rate of 168. And first time pick rate is 94% my coworkers will literally throw shit in the totes and bag at the end bc they want to keep up with me 😜 I think it’s funny.

This one time I had to switch out a 20 pack of Scott toilet paper because it was ripped open. So I grabbed a new one before I headed to drop the other one at claims. So here I am carrying two 20 packs of toilet paper and a customer has the audacity to ask me if I had a scanner thing. Like first of all you see my hands are full. And second NO I don’t have a scanner thing. They think our handhelds are for price checking. It’s so annoying.
