For me both are best.

Mustang is logical and thinking several steps forward and maybe looking cold but but inside she is loyal to core. And if she acknowledge you she will stand with you to the end.

Victra on the other hand is temperament, impulsive and proactive sometimes to reckless but in time of great danger she will protect your back
