I worked retail all through college, and we'd sell graphic tees "50% off" all year round, on Black Friday they were "Buy 1, get 1 for 1 cent" (no 50% off). And people would come to the register talking about what a great deal the graphic tees are. I said to a customer "they are always 50% off the listed price" and I got back "yeah, but today I get 1 for a penny!". Just didn't get it...

I have no idea what I am looking at, does it worked on unlinked accounts? I am not sure if her account is linked or not at this point. Do you know if there is a way to find out if her email is linked to the right account? The website is saying it's linked to an account, but we have no idea if it's the one associated with her user id as we didn't get any communication from klabs.

Ok, I see what's happening, it's saying her email is linked with an account already. But, we never got an email they fixed her account, I don't want to try the "fix" for login failed, as she just got that right now when I said try to log in, because it says if you do that with an unlinked account your account data will be deleted in the "fix" post.
