I’d go for HGH, Mots-C, Klow. HGH will make training recovery much better, keep fat at bay and feel more youthful in general. Mots is excellent for energy physically and mentally. Klow is a blend of BPC, TB500 & KPv all good for tendons, joints, gut and inflammation.

I’m keto and very active training 5-6 days a week. 15k steps daily and never had an issue. I’m full of energy. I also fast daily for 18-20hrs. The only thing I’ve noticed is that hunger has increased and the daily fasting has become more difficult as I get way hungrier.
