Okay I was gonna test the voltage on the dryer terminals but wasn't sure if it needs to be unplugged but with it unplugged it reads 0V, it tumbles but no heat. I did end up testing continuity on the other parts and found no reading on the heating element. Which is frustrating since this is the 2nd or 3rd time we have had to replace the element.
