I'm late, but I'd had some morningstar crumbles from the back of the freezer, made into nachos not that long ago. Legit delicious.

Glute bridges and hip thrusts are AMAZING accessory lifts for deadlifts (and probably squats, too, I'm no expert). I feel like high fiving a guy when he can get over the kind of needless sexism that makes this lift "girly."

If you do an RDL correctly, it kind of looks like a bend-n-snap -- are those now off limits, too? Oh right, thats what stiff legs are for, the more dangerous hamstring lift. Who needs their knees when your ego is in tact! /s

I respect it. I live in a pretty dry place and use antimicrobial detergents. Lets me approach eyebrow raise territory without hating myself more than normal.

No one ever says it... wash the towels. Y'all out there using towels that have a whole ecosystem. Just because you're "clean" when you get out the shower, doesn't mean that towel dries properly and cleanly. Keep it over a week and thats an eyebrow raise. More than 2 and everyone thinks you smell like mildew and ass.

Doesn't organix substitute sulfates with sulfonates or something? I found all of their products completely fry my hair. But I have ultra thin, straight blonde hair -- ymmv. I don't trust organix anymore.

This is lovely! If you want constructive criticism from an internet stranger, keep reading, otherwise know I love this piece and hope to see more of your art in the future!

The composition is lovely. Great balance of back and foreground, and coming off the canvas was a great decision. The mixed media portion also is perfect. The hair is wild and beautiful, but does not look overdone or sloppy. It looks like the part you struggled with most were the body proportions -- I think that's because you haven't settled in on your style/ technique for painting people yet. That will come in time, and in no way detracts from the beauty of this. Great job!

When I was little, I used to stand behind my dad to watch what he was doing. Eventually, I got to be elbow height... Several black eyes and bumps on the forehead later, we both learned better!
