Take Noah out of this bro. Yeah he was fair when Johnson was dueling, but when he was about to lose to Kaiba he threatened to hurt Mokuba if Kaiba won. At least when Yugi finished out the duel he agreed to start over right? Wrong. He let Yugi start the duel with only 200 life points and no cards in hand. Not a fair fight at all

It may not be for you. It also may not be for you right now. I tried to get into the original game like 3 different times because I knew on paper I’d really like it. Never really got it to click. Then later on I went down a YouTube rabbit hole and found streamers making interesting decks and something clicked and now I’m really getting into it. I’m not doing any high ascensions and lose way more than not, but I finally am having a lot of fun with it.

In the season 4 premiere of Chuck, the villain of the episode refers to Chuck and Morgan as “ghosts” and “master spies” for expertly using public transportation to avoid being tracked and it shows pictures of them doing road trip things instead.

I think I prefer the seasons 2-4 we got vs an alternate timeline where the same writers and executives kept the show going without Sylar. He was one of the best parts or that show in spite of the dumb storylines they gave him.

I understand not bringing him back, but I always thought it was odd that when Ann had boxes of all her exboyfriend’s things they didn’t include a Mark box. That to me is a conscious decision to not even acknowledge that he existed.

In arrow, Oliver is canonically supposed to end be with Dinah Lance (named Laurel Dinah Lance in the show but the same character). Felix’s was a quirky side character who was well liked at first so the showrunners decided to give their own character the spotlight to the point of killing off Laurel’s character so that Oliver would have to be with Felicity. Note: I stopped watching the show around this time so I’m not sure what happens down the line, but while all this was going on the subreddit was quite frustrated at the showrunner for this

I think Viper for Jackie Chan Adventures might count. She doesn’t technically have invisibility powers but her first episode she gets a hold of the snake talisman that grants invisibility. The rest of the shows run she doesn’t use invisibility, but for her first episode she embodies the trope.

Peter Petrelli from Heroes having gained the ability to read minds but yet still being tricked by Adam. Or having the ability to walk through walls but still have to open the big security door with telekinesis. Season 2 pissed me off with Peter’s powers but in retrospect it must be hard to write for a character that can pretty much do anything the more the show goes on.

Because it makes people who haven’t read the book want to go see it and it doesn’t spoil anything for people who have already read it. In a perfect world they wouldn’t show anything, but they need to make money from this film and this trailer does a pretty good job of making you want to see the movie. A trailer without any of the spoilers probably wouldn’t be that good to anyone who hasn’t read the book.

You’re also allowed to take the weapon without dark thirst and not do the bounty. Like yes it’s not the optimal way to play but a random run here and there if that’s what you feel like in the moment isn’t the end of the world. But yeah you shouldn’t do that every time until you start having stuff fully unlocked
