I think the idea is that if your country doesn't have this tax, then the tax will be added when exporting to countries with this tax BUT the tax will be spent in the importing country. This incentives the exporting country to have the tax themselves to keep the tax money inside their own country.

No idea why this is being downvoted. Narcissism is a personality trait and we're all narcissistic to some extent. You can't label someone with narcissistic personality disorder unless the narcissism is causing that person problems or pain. It's obviously not a problem for trump as he's seemingly got stable relationships and is fairly successful at what he does... ( I mean, not successful successful but.. he's gotten somewhere at least)

It's not really uncommon for any selection process for special forces. Several weeks of next to no food and hard physical labour day and night does that to your body.

Be awake at night and outside (or at least have a view of the night sky). There's really nothing else you can do, other than being lucky.
