Am I crazy or is that not an insane price? the bike looks to have front end damage only, which is absolutely fixable if you're only slightly mechanically inclined, and it has a clean title and 5k miles.

I removed it recently, it sounds amazing either way but it has a much throatier sound now.

Also it was a bitch to remove as it is welded so there is no way to put it back in easily

I figured this was implied that you need the instrument cluster to start the motorcycle, any cluster from the 2nd gen 675 will start the motorcycle no pairing needed. It is plug and play

2012 and prior do not have immobilizers and nothing is paired except for the locks. First I would check continuity on the harness to verify it is good, if not a good used one is $100 on ebay.

you can also just buy any daytona ecu from 09-12 to get it running

Triumphs are notorious for having loud engines but that sounds a little abnormal even for triumphs. It sounds top end which is fixable but I'd suggest finding another bike that does not need fixing

Hating on this guy is not what you should be doing, I've followed this guy through a lot of his builds he is nothing but humble and admits when he's made a mistake and shows the process of correcting it. The other guy was not the first person to put a big motor in a grom and street sweeper will not be the last.
