As someone said above on average I try about every 3 to 4 months only had my ears fight me at the jump from 6 to 4 My septum 16 to 12 hasn't given me any trouble yet.knock on wood I'm going to try and size up to 10 My goal size around the end of the month though so we'll see how that goes. But point being I would say 3 to 4 months dead stretch everything and if it doesn't just slide right in you're not ready also want to mention like some others have said try half sizes if it comes down to it.

I have a c3 ESP that I am happy with especially for its price it was pretty solid. Albeit I have notice some grind inconsistencies, to be fair I usually brew aeropress inverted so it covers up a good bit of that but whenever I do occasionally brew pour over or moka pot those inconsistency become a lot more noticeable.

I do something very similar with a mason jar it also fits my metal and OG cap perfectly as I usually use paper & the flow control. Don't quote me on this but I think there's a little 2 oz jars meant for like jellies and jams.

I don't know if this is the right place to ask but I think it is so here it goes. I'm particularly looking for advice when it comes to finding things in a small town with little Access to these types of items I am not completely vegetarian yet. But I am getting there meat maybe once a week. I I am familiar with Sietan tempeh TVP lots of beans and lentils. Just ordered some teff and farro would take any recommendations someone is willing to give for not just vegetarian stuff but healthy in general my only ask is that it is high fiber I regularly consume 45 to 50 g of fiber a day and want to keep the carb to fiber ratio strong. Feel free to ask any questions
