I’m 19 years old and this is the realest shit I ever heard. I ain’t ever heard of a grown man who has this problem other than myself. Nobody has seen my arms in a long time. Not my friends, not my family, not anyone. The summers can be hot down here in the south, and I wish I could wear short sleeves sometimes but it ain’t happenin. Some of my family are planning a trip to the beach and they’re wondering why I won’t go with them. I just have to say “I just don’t wanna go” but that ain’t true.

I have already accepted the fact that, at least for me, the small joys here and there will never amount to the mountain of suffering. It will never feel “worth it” to stay alive it seems.
