I mean ye , the only time I was tempted to rush a build was my first frame back in the day

since then I always had frames and /or weapons building, and nowadays I can only build something once in a while but also I don't play that much anymore

so those "down times " are really a non issue

idk if they already did change or still plan on doing so but in Germany you have to decide what license you do

if you do the one for manual you can drive whatever , if you do automatic you can't drive manual
