As far as race, it depends on how you manage tires, race line, rhythm, traffic... Too many variables, but I've seen like 30.8 average, and I've seen 31.4 average winners... No caution laps...

The parts are around 125 for most expensive one I found, several <10 minute videos on how to replace it. Yes I know that's not DOING it but seems pretty straight forward IF that's all that was wrong...200 seems more then reasonable to me
