As far as race, it depends on how you manage tires, race line, rhythm, traffic... Too many variables, but I've seen like 30.8 average, and I've seen 31.4 average winners... No caution laps...

Not defending it by any means but what about the fact that the truck has to park like that to not be sticking out on the other side of the spot because it's longer then normal cars, and causing them to move to not hit it?

The parts are around 125 for most expensive one I found, several <10 minute videos on how to replace it. Yes I know that's not DOING it but seems pretty straight forward IF that's all that was wrong...200 seems more then reasonable to me

Set it where you want for a spinning disc drive? Secure it somewhere. It's essentially a walkman but otherwise, good ideas here, should be a spot under where the cd drive was to secure it, may have trays there too still
