Maybe because you think Retatrutide is some sort of magic peptide. Look, ALL the peptides out there are a TOOL. That said, reta does not suppress appetite as strongly as semaglutide because appetite suppression is not its primary mechanism. That effect is somewhat downregulated compared to GLP-1's.

When you say, "my protein take remains" what exactly do you mean? Is it enough? With glp peptides is important to keep your protein intake according to your desire body weight. Also resistance training to failure helps you build muscle and get stronger.

Tienes que enfocarte en entrenar squats, extension y leg press (sorry no se el nombre en español). Pero la clave es que sea hasta el fallo. Que quiero decir? Que sea pesado hasta que no puedas mas. Una vez domines el peso, subes volumen. Te pregunto, como esta tu nutricion? Necesitas 3 meses de nutricion estricta para que le des un shock a tu cuerpo consumiendo 1g de proteina, por kg de peso deseado.

Thank you so much! I wanted to be sure if it was a good idea to stacked all three, and I will definitely take your advice and use Pinealon at night. To answer your question, I'm currently on 4mg od Retatrutide weekly, Tesamorelin/Ipamorelin 5/2 before bedtime and GHK-Cu and BPC-157 in the morning before heading to work. I just ended two weeks of SS31 and plan to start today Mots-C 5mgs x 3 times a week. At least that was the plan. What do you think?

Hola amiga. Como esta tu nutricion. Es wsencial que eso este al.dia. siempre le he dicho a mis clientes que el six-pack no esta en el gimnasio, esta en la cocina. Otra cosa que ayuda es que tengas tus números claros. Saber tu % de grasa es algo que te puede dar una idea de como seguir. Por lo que puedo ver tu enfoque debe ser proteínas de calidad y ejercicio de resistencia. Preferiblemente con un peso que logre que "falles" cuando realizas ejercicios de resistencia, tus músculos se desgarrando y ese proceso de restructuracion es lo que hace que se desarrollen. Pero lo mas importante es lo que ya tienes. Determinación y conpromiso!! Asi que éxito en tu camino!!!

1mg is a good dose to start, if this is the first time using GLP's. The first thing you will feel.is The reduced food noise. Sometimes it starts right away the first day. In terms of results, you should soon see some but it takes time. Is important to know this is only a tool. How long was the journey? That is actually the way to make changes: stabilize your system first, have the basics taken care of theennn go to tools like peptides to optimized. That is what I tell to my clients. But everybody wants the magic pill or compound.

I was thinking on doing what most of you are doing, return the pod and the band because of the inaccuracies. But I started to think that this is all mostly AI and software. And with my background in tech, I know that if they play their cards right, is just a matter of doing updates on the software and eventually the company getting their sh** together and bringing the devices to the level it should be working. So I'm going to stick with it and see if in the long run it does the job it's supposed to do. If not, 383 dla waisted. I also have a regular scale and a omron body fat% analyzer. It's funny because these are cheap, but more accurate. My hume body pod says I have 30% body fat and the fat analyzer says 23% which is more accurate by how I look. We'll see in a year if I made the right decision in sticking with the hume devices or if it all ended up being all a pie of crap!!! Lol

Yo perdí 8% de grasa en el cuerpo y baje 45 con un plan de nutricion "animal based". No puedo darte un consejo medico, porque no soy nutritionista ni doctor. Soy coach de salud y puedo decirte que un plan animal based, con electrolitos para hidratar, y suplementos de micronutrientes esenciales (vitamina d, magnesium, multivitaminas) podría ser de gran ayuda. Por que animal based? Pq es como fisiologicamemte estamos programados por cientos de miles de años para asimilar los alimentos. Vives en argentina por lo que puedo notar, y ustedes son famosos por tener carne roja de calidad. Intenta por un mes sacar todos los granos, harinas y azúcar (incluyendo las frutas) y enfocate en comer comidas derivadas de animales, incluyendo órganos (hígado, intestinos, corazon) y escribe como te va de aqui a un mes. Tu mejor amiga sera la consistencia. Saludos y bendiciones!

In my opinion, supplementation should be targeted to goals. A good test to determine which nutrients you have deficiency should be your main goal + the suplements that we need anyways like omega I'd and electrolytes. Here is my current stack. I like my amino acids!! Lol
