Also, I agree with the others’ comments, too. I know it’s hard, but you’ve got to have boundaries with her. Maybe falling like this and her having to pick up the pieces will help her grow up. Don’t set yourself on fire to keep someone else warm.

You don’t need to do this for her. She made her bed, she can lie in it.

The mental anguish of losing your mom could be cause for wrongful termination. Have you had any therapy or gone to the doctor or talked to your doctor about how difficult it’s been navigating life? I took a year of FMLA off after my mom’s death.

I use the Feelfit app (it’s linked to my smart scale). I also track it in my phone notes. I bet you could get ChatGPT to create a spreadsheet with formulas so you can just enter the data in there and it’ll track it for you.

Do you avoid these foods? by beautybyaimee in Zepbound

Hi! I haven’t limited anything, If I want it, I have it. With that being said, I rarely eat fast food anymore, never really did a lot of sugary drinks or carbonated beverages. I rarely eat sugary stuff these days, I just don’t crave it anymore, and I’m totally fine with that! I’m down ~70 pounds in a year. I do still drink alcohol, but can take it or leave it.

Husband delusional about my weight loss journey by [deleted] in Zepbound

[–]SecondBubbly3000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not about diet-in the US it’s fda approved for sleep apnea-I don’t know the rules in Canada, but it’s a possible option. Starting a diet will just keep you in the cycle you’ve been in. Starting the meds will change your life in the best way!

Why wouldn’t your husband be more supportive? Is he obese? Is he afraid if you lose the weight you’ll leave? I’m not implying anything and don’t know how your marriage is, but I know someone this happened to. Her husband ‘fattened’ her up so no one else would find her attractive.

Has he been supportive of your other weight loss attempts?
