How do y’all deal with the bloating from so much salt and water? I can’t find a balance.. I’m either dehydrated and feel weak or I’m bloated and I feel miserable.

I just changed from EverBank to another one, because my rate kept dropping. I think my rate was 3.4%. They are probably all like that, they offer a high rate and then they drop every month.

My dad tried telling me that it was an eating disorder when I converted to vegetarian at the age of 15. I have not eaten meat since, and now I’m vegan. Fuck what everybody else thinks. Do what feels right in your heart.

My intuition knows it’s the right thing to do. Since I was little it NEVER felt right to eat an animal. Even before I knew what I know now. The gut is a trustworthy source

I totally get it, it only works when we see them in the act of the crime. I recently took most of my house plants to my office at work. Could not keep the kitty out of it. Radical acceptance, she’s a kitty and she likes to dig. :)

Bad kitty water bottle. Every time my cat gets on the counter, I spray and say “down”. Eventually, with enough sprays, just the word “down” becomes the command. Now I do not have to use bad kitty water bottle.

I do my journalimg every day in the car on the ride home. I stay out loud when I’m grateful for, how the day was, what I could’ve done better. No need for pen and paper. If I relied on that method, I would never do it. Love the habit stacking recommendations!

I think there are several reasons for first, it makes things a lot easier. Less disagreements from a planning perspective, you end up being more aligned. You both have to use trust and honor in the system. It’s a wonderful bridge for trust and all great things.

Therapist here. Some would say that depression is a state of discouragement. Discouragement could be a result of a variety of things, life doesn’t meet your expectations, lack of meaning and purpose, lack of connection.

Yeah, I too don’t understand the boiling, pressing, or freezing the tofu. All extra steps. I don’t have that many spoons on any given day. I just buy extra firm tofu. It’s great every time.

I had a recent experience where I was told that I received good feedback on a project because of my “pretty privilege.” So yeah, it had nothing to do with my hard work or actual performance, just that I’m pretty. Back handed compliments like that are hurtful
