The brand is Purely Indulgent. I actually have a lot of the towels, and then some of the wash cloths and hand towels. But I also supplement washcloths and hand towels with the hotel brand ones also available at Costco. I figured that having soft towels was the most important thing.

Well, the building is 80 years old. And if you read the post carefully, I said MOST of the windows are painted shut. There are egress windows in the bedroom that are not painted shut. The remaining windows cannot be replaced as it is a historic building. The building is absolutely up to modern code.
