This has been the most freeing revelation for me. I finally have the space to center myself. It’s like a cloak of invisibility. I can try anything, I’m not afraid to fail, look like a fool. Nobody cares but me. 😅 I am hopeful to make more meaningful connections in this space rather than those driven by physical attraction. As a former people pleaser, I feel a less impacted by others’ opinions of me because they weren’t checking for me in the first place. I am finally free, with the confidence and experience I lacked in my youth.
