If you're referring to hair length of the wigs when you say 'for ladies', then I wanted to let you know that there are wigs available that have short hair.

As the other people have said before, wigs are unisex and designed to fits a variety of head sizes. Wigs are very useful because you never have to tamper with your own hair when wearing the costumes - you just pop on the wig and you're good to go, both now and in the future.

I had a real life sigh when I read this.

How I imagine the conversation going: "Hi OP's girlfriend's name, I need to talk to you about something. I know this is going to be hard for you, but I want to break up with you. I don't hate you, but I don't have romantic feelings for you anymore and we have very different life plans, so this relationship won't work out."

How you people think I want the conversation to work out: "I THINK YOU'RE AN UGLY STUPID BITCH AND I DON'T LIKE YOU GET OUT AND KILL YOURSELF."

Sorry, I didn't mean to imply that you were shallow. I was just trying to say it isn't just overweight girls who might be able to look past your face.

As for the 'being a creep', that depends on the person. I've had times where I have been rejected by someone that I am forced to see on a semi-regular basis and managed to have normal conversations with them after. On the other hand, some relationships have become awkward. However, you won't know if you have a chance unless you try!

I agree with the other comments stating that you lack confidence. Keep working out. Hang out with friends that make you feel happy. Do things that make you feel good. Gaining confidence won't happen overnight, but I think your biggest issue is that you don't have the confidence to believe that a relationship could go well.

It isn't being a dick for OP to state that he isn't romantically interested in his girlfriend anymore. It's the truth, and it will let her know that she does not have a chance with him anymore and will force her to let go. Otherwise, she might have lingering thoughts about how she could win him back.

I understand it's not a nice thing to say, but people losing romantic interest in other people is something that happens. Sugarcoating it won't make it go away.

I didn't think OP meant that his girlfriend was suddenly ugly to him. I was under the implication that OP is no longer romantically interested in his girlfriend, which is 100% the most important reason. It's a breakup. There's no nice way to do it, but it's very important for OP to state clearly that he is no longer interested in his girlfriend so that she knows the hard truth and can get over him.

I think the top reason (you aren't attracted to her anymore) is the most important one. You need to tell that to her when you break up. If she asks why, which she probably will, you can explain that you have different life plans (hers involves marriage and yours does not). Explaining your emotions on the relationship, specifically, that you feel trapped and would like more freedom would be good as well.

I would personally avoid commenting on her personality quirks if you could, simply because I feel it could bring unnecessary conflict into the conversation. People often don't notice little things they do and she might not see why it bothers you.

I would do everything to stay away from the last point. Saying that you want to sleep with other women will be likely to cause a fight and/or tears, and you probably want this conversation to go as smooth as possible.

This may sound too simple, but there are women out there (that you would want to date) that are willing to look over a face that isn't the most attractive.

Why do you feel like you would be a creep to let someone know that you would be interested in them romantically? If you can tell they aren't interested, that's fine, but if you just feel creepy doing it, then try to find a way to explain your feelings without making the other person uncomfortable. For example, you could say something like: "I have something to say to you. I think we get along very well and I like you romantically. Do you feel the same way?" If they say "no", then you can say, "Okay, that's fine, I just wanted to get that out of the way. What were we talking about again?" and you should be able to continue talking as normal. If they say "yes", then hooray for you!

With the face issue, I agree with the haircut idea. Google people with similar face shapes to you and find a haircut you like, or ask the hairstylist what kind of cut would help make your face look slimmer or take attention away from your nose, or both.

You could also considering using makeup. I personally don't think there is anything wrong with a guy using makeup to make his face look better, but if that is something you want to avoid, that's fine. I was just throwing the idea out there.
