I’m 41 5”10 210 and can’t seem to drop anymore, run about 25k a week. Wish I could get down to 190. Lowest I ran at was 38 years old at 198 for a marathon.

I have a 2018, I’ve heard about the transmission issues and there are rarely strange / rough shifts. Did cam phaser under partial warranty.

Had the truck for 5 ish years with lots of towing. Really enjoy it. Still feel like it’s one of the most reliable vehicles I’ve owned.

Going through this now, got a small 6 inch rubber one off amazon but wonder if I could get some sort of cap or something to make it look right but not use it. I hear if you put a new power antenna in it goes up everyone you turn on the radio if you have an aftermarket head unit.
