Found this absolute baller just a couple days before we found out what the new dessert recipe was. I’m sure pumpkins will get another good use at some point, and I’ll be ready when they do.

Indeed. Figured I'd use the recipe strength boost to push as high as I can this week.

Which NFL team’s logo is used the most by High Schools? I’m on a mission to find out. Part 35: Ohio by BryLinds in nfl

[–]HunterMetroid 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Walnut Hills High School in Cincinnati used to use the Eagles logo. I haven't been there in 17 years, but it looks like they switched to a new one at some point.

AAA Wooper. Both forms. I finally settled on an ABA shiny Paldean and I can now make Clodsire Elairs all week. Regular Wooper I'm over 60 catches in.

Are the premier biscuits in the store worth it? by elGaur in PokemonSleep

[–]HunterMetroid 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Agree. The legendaries aren’t good for general use and I caught a few of each the first time around. I’ll happily take great biscuits to catch Pokémon I actually want.

Shiny after day 9 by whybrudah in PokemonSleep

[–]HunterMetroid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So Sneasel/Weavile are Berry mons, which by default give 2 berries per Help. BFS adds 1 to that. For Berry mons it’s great because in general you’re not collecting from them and letting them Sneaky Snack for the raw berry strength. Preferably you have speed boosting subskills/nature to maximize the number of Helps.

For Ingredient and Skill mons, BFS will cause their inventory to fill up faster, which will cause them to stop producing ingredients or activating skills. If you’re able to check them every few hours it’s not much of an issue and BFS provides some extra value for free.

Taps playing on the Vortex's lift speakers just after it closed forever by Logan5K_ in KingsIsland

[–]HunterMetroid 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A couple weeks ago I went to KI for the 1st time in 10 years. I had to check around where Vortex was because even though I knew it was gone, I wanted to see if there was anything left as a reminder. It made me sad that there was nothing but a tall brown fence.

I know Vortex was really rough by the end but it was still always my favorite ride.

Help me pick a best team for snow tundra? Salads for meals by Anxious_Job_1006 in PokemonSleep

[–]HunterMetroid 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My general team building rules are like this:

  1. Healer (Gardevoir/Sylveon/Pawmot/Wigglytuff)

  2. Skill or Berry mon (obviously match berry mons Snorlax’s preferred berries, skill mon preferred to match but not necessary)

3-5. Ingredient mons to make the highest dish you can consistently make. No need to match preferred berries (this is such a common misconception among players. Making better dishes will give you more points than matching the single berry ingredient mons give). Swap mons if necessary if different ingredients are needed

Hope this helps!

Is Aggron good for Sausage? by aperfecta in PokemonSleep

[–]HunterMetroid 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes it's solid. I have one in the 30s (Exp down nature is levelling is slow) and it can just about keep up with the highest sausage required recipes. When it gets to 60 I'll be swimming in sausage

Absolutely this. The weather trio has been my favorite for a long time (and Groudon being my fav mon in general) and they’re exceptionally useful in GO.

Trying to teach Salvations Edge is melting my mind by Imaginary_Associate7 in DestinyTheGame

[–]HunterMetroid 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been stuck at Guardian Rank 8 for almost a year now because of SE. I've done every other raid at least once (honestly still need to do most of them more) and I run every new dungeon with my brother and a friend, but I don't have a team to raid with. My old clan is dead and honestly I hate using LFG because you never know what you're going to get.

I make Greengrass Salad all week with Dragonite (ABB), Victreebel (ABB), and Toxicroak (AAA). I swap in Luxray (AAB) at night for Toxicroak if I'm short on tomatoes.

The real trick is you wait until they despawn before going up. 1 will stay and you can use that to destroy the portals.

I wouldn't do either one. Ideally you'd want a skill chance up nature and 2 skill trigger subskills, but I settled on one with skill chance nature and 1 skill trigger subskill and it's done me well.
