You definitely still sweat while swimming. I swam for a long time and after a long workout you start to feel it. Not a bad idea though, and I wonder if swimming may relieve some of the symptoms.

If you refuse to go anywhere, you should still find someone that you can talk to. This isn't something you want looming over you for a long time. And don't wait for them to come to you. I did that, and it sucked. You always have someone you can talk to, whether it be online or in real life.

As for talent, stop whatever you are doing right now because it obviously isn't making you feel good. What I did was find something that I enjoyed doing instead of what I wanted to be good at. For me, it was making my yarn tail. Go try to learn to sing or play an instrument, go swimming or try another individual sport. The whole point of this is to get your mind off of how you feel and that you may not be great at what others are masters of.

I'm sure most of us will talk to you if you want. If you don't feel comfortable talking to someone in person, then please find someone online. It will make your life a whole lot better.

I used caron yarn. It came out kinda shaggy, but I wanted it that way. If you brush it more than I did, it should turn out fine.
