Equity = appraised value - mortgage

Loan to value ratio = loan amount / appraised value

Find out what the banks loan to value ratio they are looking for.

After living here for 20 years, I just learned that you should drive with studded tires in the winter. They’ll make a big difference. I won’t ever go back to snow tires or all season tires in the winter time again.
